Özet:

Koroner arter anomalileri, genellikle anjiyografi esnasında tesadüfen saptanan problemlerdir. Koroner arterlerin orijin ve seyir anomalileri, klinisyene işlem sırasında teknik açıdan zorluk yaşatabilir. Bu yazıda, sol ana koroner arterin olmadığı ve akut anterior miyokard enfarktüsü tanısı ile primer perkütan koroner anjiyoplasti uygulanan bir olgu sunuldu.

Absent Left Main Coronary Artery: Seperate Origin of the Left Anterior Descending and Left Circimflex Arteries and Successful Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention with Ikari Left Guiding Catheter Via Femoral Access

Summary

Coronary artery anomalies are often detected incidentally during angiography. The origin and course anomalies of coronary arteries may cause technical difficulties to clinician during the process. Herein, we report a case of absent left main coronary artery and primer percutaneos coronary intervention for acute anterior myocardial infarction.
