Orbita Metastazı ile Tanı Alan Hepatosellüler Karsinom: Olgu Sunumu Deniz KILIÇ, Sılay CANTÜRK UĞURBAŞ, Atilla ALPAY, Suat Hayri UĞURBAŞ ÖZET Metastatik orbita tümörleri tüm orbita tümörlerinin az bir kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Daha çok ileri yaşlarda görülmekte ve yavaş gelişen proptozis, çift görme ve görme keskinliğinde azalma ile kendini göstermektedir. Kesin tanı biyopsi ile konulmaktadır. Kanser tanısı almış ve takiplerde orbita kitlesinin yaptığı şikayetlerle gelen olgularda primer odağın bulunması kolay olmaktadır. Başvuru şikayeti göz bulguları olan olgularda tanı konması gecikmekte ve tedavi süresi uzamaktadır. Bu çalışmada önceden herhangi bir hastalık öyküsü olmayan ve tek gözde ileri yer değişitirme, kızarıklık ve akıntı şikayeti ile başvurup hepatosellüler karsinoma tanısı alan bir olgu sunulmaktadır. They usually present with gradual progressive proptosis, diplopia and decrased visual acuity in the elder age. Diagnosis is comfirmed with biopsy. In patients with prior history of cancer primary source of metastasis is evident. Cases with initial diagnosis of orbital tumor with unknown primary source are more challenging and may face with delay in diagnosis and treatment. This report describes a patient with no known history of malignancy who presented with globe displacement, diplopia, redness and ocular discharge. Primary diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma was based on excisional biopsy of the orbit emphasizing systemic evaluation of patients with orbital tumors.
