Alt Kapak Entropionlarında Cerrahi Tedavi Fatma Akbaş KOCAOĞLU, Özlem YALÇIN TÖK, Tuğba GÜNGÖR KIZILOĞLU, Gökhan BAVLI, Ayşe BURCU, Firdevs ÖRNEK ÖZET Amaç: Alt kapak entropionlarında cerrahi yaklaşım ve sonuçların değerlendirilmesi Gereç ve Yöntem: Ocak 2001-Ocak 2006 yılları arasında oküloplastik birimine başvuran ve alt kapak entropionu tanısı alan 34 hasta çalışma kapsamına alındı. Hastalara Wies, Quickert, modifiye Bick ve çevirici sütür, tarsal fraktür, tarsal fiksasyon tekniklerinden uygun olan cerrahi yapıldı. Uygulanan cerrahi tekniklere göre sonuçlar ve komplikasyonlar değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Otuzdört hastanın 39 gözü çalışmaya alındı. Oniki göze Wies (%30,76), 14 göze Quickert (%35,89), 7 göze Bick (%17,94), 4 göze tarsal fraktür (%10,25), 2 göze tarsal fiksasyon (%5,12) prosedürü uygulandı. Ortalama takip süresi 33 ay (6-60 ay) idi. Wies prosedürü uygulanmış bir (%2,6) hastada entropion nüks etti. Bir olguda (%2,6) ise ektropion gelişti. Hastaların %94,8’inde başarılı sonuç alındı. Sonuç: Preoperatif iyi bir değerlendirme ve uygun cerrahi seçimi ile entropion tedavisinde başarılı sonuç alınabilmektedir. Material and Method: Between January 2001 and January 2006 who were admitted to oculoplastic department and thirty-four patients with a diagnosis of lower eyelid entropion were included. Wies, Quickert, modified Bick and everting sutur, tarsal fracture, tarsal fixation techniques that are appropriate surgery was performed. Results and complications according to the applied surgical techniques were evaluated Results: This study was performed 39 eyes of 34 patients. Wies 12 eyes (30.76%), 14 eyes Quickert (35.89%), 7 eyes modified Bick and everting sutur (17.94%), 4 eyes tarsal fracture ( 10.25%) and 2 eyes tarsal fixation (5.12%) procedure was performed. The mean follow-up time was 33 (6-60) months. Wies procedure applied patients (2.6%) had recurrence of entropion. One patient (2.6%) is ectropion developed. 94.8% of patients in the results were successful. Conclusion: Treatment of entropion with correct preoperative evaluation and appropriate surgical selection can be successful.
